The Space

Located on the third floor of the Leeward building, this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been fully updated for style and comfort to comfortably sleep 2-4 guests. This unit features:

• Bright, open-concept living area with a Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, dining table, and access to a private-balcony to soak in the views.
• Sleek fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, new cabinetry, and ample counter space—perfect whether you’re whipping up a quick snack or a full dinner.
• A spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and relaxing ocean views, offering a tranquil retreat after a day in the sun.
• In-unit washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi for added convenience.

*Please note: pool and beach towels are not included.

Important Things to Know

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the duration of the stay. 
• The maximum occupancy for the unit is 4. 
• No pets or ESAs allowed.
• No parties or smoking allowed in the unit. 
• Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $400 damage deposit hold placed on their card 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. 
• Booking includes one parking pass; additional passes are available for purchase ($35/pass). 

While on the resort property, guests are required to wear Edgewater Guest bracelets. Guests will require to pay a replacement fee for lost bracelets.
